123Employee was founded in 2004 to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses. Since then we have steadily grown to a team of over 350 virtual assistants. We set out to create a company that, would make outsourcing affordable to all business regardless of size, while retain a high level of ongoing training for our employees and clients. Our centers are based on the Philippines because of the language stills, light accent and affinity for American culture.
