Greetings, regardless of how you reached this page, I am glad you did, and in a few moments, I am sure you will be glad you did as well. I’m Daven Michaels and I want to help you create the New Wealth and Freedom lifestyle you desire.

I believe we are much more than your average outsourcing company. We have been in the outsourcing business for over 6 years, we specialize in servicing the soletrepreneur and small business market.
More importantly, many of our clients have reached out to for assistance with Marketing. I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 15, I have been successful in the clothing business, telemarketing, live event promotion, music and TV production, and most recently in the outsourcing and speaking business.
I have been able to follow my passion and create success in multiple industries, and today, I get to help other people follow their passion and create success in their businesses.
I have been fortunate that I have been able to run successful businesses simultaneously, turn my dreams and passions into successful realities, travel the world, own a thriving business on the other side of the planet in a foreign country, but most of all I have been able to create the lifestyle I desire.
While business and financial success are great, I am passionate about helping people create the ‘lifestyle’ they desire. For me that means spending time with friends and my girlfriend Liz and her kids (who are now my kids) Damien and Marilyn. You see when I met liz, my lifestyle changed, I became ‘insta’ Dad.
Today I run 123Employee, we have over 350 employees, I refer to them as my ‘kids’ LOL.
I love to travel to the Philippines a few times a year, meeting and my management team and the hundreds of employees who work for 123Employee. Most of all I love to hang out with my team and having a blast of the time

Beejal Parmar, VP of Business Development for 123employee, is currently travelling the world with his wife, Yogi, and two daughters Shivani (age 10), and Khushi (age 6).
